Dhaka, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Sylhet and a couple of places in the Khulna division can receive light or rain, the meteorological office said. Light to moderate fog can fall anywhere in the country.

In a forecast given late Saturday, the Meteorological Department said the subcontinental highland extension is in Bihar and surrounding areas. The increase in light pressure is located in the foothills of the Himalayas in West Bengal and adjacent areas. And the normal light pressure of the season is in the South Bay.

According to the meteorological office, light to moderate fog is expected in some parts of the country from midnight to early Sunday morning.

On the other hand, nighttime temperatures could rise by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius across the country. However, daytime temperatures can drop slightly. At this time, the wind speed in Dhaka will be at a maximum of 8 to 12 kilometers per hour in the northwest / north direction. In addition, the temperature is expected to drop again next Tuesday. However, the temperature will gradually increase over the extended five days.

The lowest temperature recorded in the country on Saturday was 6.3 degrees Celsius in Srimangal. The highest temperature recorded at Sitakunda was 30.5 degrees Celsius.
