A madrassa student named Sadia Akhter (13) was injured in a traffic accident in Katiadi in Kishoreganj and died on her way to Dhaka for treatment. A young man named Zakir Hossain (22), who was in the ambulance while taking Sadia for treatment, died of a heart attack after Sadia’s death.
Sadia Akter said town of Jalalpur Union Charpukshia. Renu Mia and Baniagram’s daughter Fatema (R.) is a 6th class student at Qawmi Women’s Madrasa and Zakir Hossain is from the same village. Son of Renu Mridha and general secretary of the Central Committee of the Young Blood Donor Organization. The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon.
Charpuksiya Village Resident and Deputy Agricultural Officer. Russell Mahbub told Jugantar that Sadia was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Baniagram while taking Sadia Akter to Baniagram Fatema (RA) Qawmi Women’s Madrasa on Saturday morning.
Sadia died on the road on Saturday afternoon while being taken to Dhaka Medical College for treatment. Zakir Hossain, a volunteer in the ambulance at the time, saw Sadia’s death and suffered a heart attack. He also died after he was taken away for treatment.
