Nilphamari: A school teacher has attempted suicide with the status ‘No one is responsible for my death’ on Facebook. The police rushed to the scene and rescued him.
The incident took place in an elite area of Syedpur city around 11:30 pm on Saturday (January 31).
Abul Hasnat Khan, Officer-in-Charge (CO) of Syedpur Police Station in Nilphamari, said the teacher had committed suicide with her Facebook status. We quickly find out the address by identifying its identification. Later, SI Saidur Rahman was immediately dispatched to the scene and the school teacher was rescued alive from an abandoned house of her husband’s home.
Mother of two children, the husband of the school teacher is a businessman from the city. OC Abul Hasnat Khan said that a government primary school teacher in a Syedpur Upazila union had tried to commit suicide due to a family dispute.
