According to a notification from Grameenphone, 1,300 people signed up for the Codemasters hackathon. After selecting 400 contestants in the first round, 60 hackathons have a chance to participate in the second round.
A panel discussion titled “Bangladesh Digitization and Growth Prospects” was organized at the award ceremony. BASIS President Syed Almas Kabir, Prothom Alo Youth Programs and Events Director Munir Hasan, LICT Policy Advisor Sami Ahmed, Grameenphone Chief Digital and Strategy Officer Solaiman Alam, Human Resources Director of the company, Syed Tanvir Hossain, and the director of Commissioner Bashir.
Speaking as a keynote guest on the occasion, Syed Almas Kabir asked young people to prepare for the future by enhancing their skills in digital technology, including future technology and artificial intelligence.
