In January, the cold spells hit the country in two phases. Today there is no cold wave anywhere in the country. However, there is a feeling of winter in Kankan. For the next three days, the country may be freezing or the temperature may be above 10 degrees Celsius.

Meteorologist Arif Hossain told Jago News on Sunday (January 24) morning. He said: ‘There is no cold today. But there is a feeling of winter, there is also fog. Today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow (January 24, 25 and 26) the temperature in the country will be almost the same. Then, starting on January 26, the temperature can drop again. Then the cold snap can start again. ‘

Meanwhile, in the next 24 hours forecast at 9 a.m. today, the Meteorological Department said weather across the country may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy skies. There can be moderate to heavy fog across the country from midnight to noon. Daytime and nighttime temperatures can rise slightly across the country.

The extension of the subcontinental high pressure zone is in West Bengal and adjacent areas. The normal light pressure for the season is in the South Bay.
