According to police sources, SI Raja Mia filed a report in court against three defendants, excluding one defendant in one case. At that time, the court judge asked why a defendant was being excluded and set the hearing date in the presence of the plaintiff and the investigating officer. On the same day, SI Raja Mia entered Judge Anwar Hossain Sagar’s private room without permission and tried to bribe him. At that point, the judge tactfully brought SI Raja Mia to court. In front of the lawyers and people present, the SI arrested Raja Mia and ordered him to be sent to jail.
At that moment, SI Raja Mia started crying and apologized to the couple. Later at 8 pm, Zakiganj OC Mir police. Abdun Nasser and Zakiganj Circle Additional Police Superintendent Sudipta Roy released him on the condition that the department take exemplary action. SI Raja Mia was shut down at the Sylhet police line on Wednesday for the charge.
