Rising actress Asha Chowdhury was returning to Dhaka on a motorcycle with a relative from the Bordbazar area of Gazipur. He was hit by a truck in the Dar es Salaam area around 1:30 pm. Asha died on the spot. The scene of such an incident was recorded on the automatic camera of a private car in the rear.
Video of the incident was released through a Facebook page. As seen in the video, Ashad’s motorcycle was waiting behind a pickup to turn around. At that moment, a truck behind them collided with the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, however, got up immediately. Run to hope. He went and saw that the wheel of the truck had broken a part of Asha’s face and had stopped.
Police arrived shortly after the incident. Asha was taken to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital. Doctors said Asha died on the spot. Darussalam police said no cases have been recorded in this regard so far.
Referring to the family of the deceased, the Darussalam SI Police Station Sohan Ahmed told Jugantar that Asha was a law student at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT). Besides studying, he also worked in a private buying house. In addition, her family said that the young woman used to act.
Director Roman Runi told the media that Asha Chowdhury’s body was taken to her home in the Rupnagar residential area at 4.30 pm on Tuesday. Asha’s face was full of scars and she decided not to show it to her family. For this reason, the body was carried there in a special coffin. But Asha’s body was seen by her father.
