Voting takes a few hours to complete. Due to the epidemic, legislators had to vote in many groups while maintaining social distance.
The House of Representatives typically has 435 members, but 426 votes were cast on Sunday. Several newly elected congressmen were unable to appear due to being quarantined for coronavirus.
