A Cox’s Bazar court ordered RAB-15 Cox’s Bazar to investigate the conversion and kidnapping of the murdered girl. RAB has already carried the investigation to the end according to the court order. After submitting the RAB investigation report, will it be known who will take care of the end of the girl’s body? What will the funeral be like?
Shaheen, a residential medical officer at Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital (RMO). Abdur Rahman Chowdhury told Prothom Alo that the girl’s autopsy had been completed. The viscera were collected and sent to the CID (Police Crime Suppression Division) in Chittagong for examination. When the report comes in, can it be said whether the girl has committed suicide by poisoning or not? The body is in the custody of the police in the cold room.
The Cox Bazar Sadar model police station, OC Sheikh Munir Ul Gias, told Prothom Alo that the court would decide who would receive the body. RAB is investigating the incident according to the court order.
According to the police and local sources, her husband died on December 9 at Ataullah’s home in Lucking. 12 days before her death, she gave birth to a girl.
