When she informed her mother-in-law about the matter, she asked her to keep the matter a secret for fear of evicting her daughter-in-law along with the children to protect her son.
On the other hand, the brother-in-law started raping Bhabi from time to time showing fear. She kept the matter a secret to protect her husband’s family and children. The housewife got 6 months pregnant. When the matter was known, the village umpire sat down.
Matbar Chan Mia from Keshabpur Village, Haider, Zakir, Shahin from Barutia Village and many others were present at the arbitration. The problem was not solved because the rural referees were divided into two groups. Helpless, the housewife presented a case in court.
In this regard, the accused in the rape case said: “My older brother lives abroad.” I don’t know how Bhabi got pregnant. I am being framed.
In this regard, the president of the Bhaora Union. Amjad Hossain said it was a family matter and a complex matter, so they were asked to use the law.
Said the lawyer in the case. Saidur Rahman said that the defenseless housewife had filed a case in the Tangail Abuse Suppression of Women and Children Court on September 18. The case has been sent to DB from the court.
