Additionally, six died in Kolkata, three in South 24 Parganas, two in West Midnapore, and one in Howrah, Hooghly, West Burdwan, Purulia, North Dinajpur, and Kochbihar.
In the last 24 hours, 39,110 samples have been analyzed in Bengal. In the state, 8,556 people were tested for every million residents. The infection rate has been declining little by little in recent days. The infection rate on Wednesday was 7.69 percent.
