Education Minister Dipu Moni said this at a virtual press conference on Tuesday. In accordance with the instructions of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education, they have completed the assessment of students through their own educational institution assignment.

“Boards of education have already completed the JSC-JDC candidate registration. The boards will give all students a pass, but no points will be awarded. “

The Education Minister said: “Although we have carried out some evaluations through educational institutions, through assignments, we will also collect the evaluation documents. But this time we are not giving any number sheets, so GPA will not be mentioned in the JSC-JDC certificate. “

Following the coronavirus outbreak in Bangladesh, as of March 16, all kinds of educational institutions in the country were closed. Apart from Qawmi Madrasa, all other educational institutions have been declared closed until January 18.

This time the final exam for episodes 5 and 8 could not be taken. The results of the HSC and equivalent candidates are announced considering the results of the 8th and SSC.

As the situation did not improve, this time the school’s annual examination was not carried out. All students will proceed to the next class without exams.

However, to understand the weaknesses of the students, the students in classes VI to IX have been assessed with weekly assignments in a short syllabus.

HSC results will be published in January
