A courtroom has already been set up in Keraniganj Prison. He said courtrooms will also be set up in district prisons.

According to sources from the Ministry of the Interior, only female prisoners will be kept in this high security prison with modern facilities. Currently, all the prisoners are held in the Kashimpur Central Women’s Prison. It is the second central women’s prison in the country after the construction of the country’s first central women’s prison in Kashimpur, Gazipur. It will have prisoners processed and sentenced.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister inaugurated 20 new fire stations, six regional passport offices, Dhaka Central Jail, Keraniganj Jail Complex, Central Women’s Jail, and an LPG station in Keraniganj.

There were not so many fire stations before our government was formed. We have made a plan to build a fire station in every upazila in the country. The fire stations that have been inaugurated are Raninagar in Naogaon, Mohanpur in Rajshahi, Santhia and Atgharia in Pabna, Jajira in Shariatpur, Adamdighi and Shajahanpur in Bogra, Joypurhat, Asashuni and Kalarora in Satkhira, Mouzir in Barisal, Hizla in Barisal. , Karimganj in Kishoreganj, Barhatta in Netrokona, Harirampur in Manikganj and Sandwip in Chittagong.
