Retired Major Sinha Killed in Cox’s Bazar to Make a Documentary. The police have objected to the final report provided by the RAB in the drug case brought against Shipra Debnath, Rashed’s partner. Assistant Deputy Inspector (ASI) Shafiqul Islam, the plaintiff in the drug case brought by the police against the RAB final report on the predetermined date, filed the petition. Lead attorney Mohammad Zakaria appeared in court on behalf of the plaintiff. On December 13, the RAB submitted its final report to the court after investigating the drug case brought by the police.
After the court hearing, Shipra Debnath’s lawyer, defender Arup Barua Tapu, said: “The police did not issue any warrant today on the report because they were against the final RAB report in the drug case.” The final report and petition have been heard. The court has set bail for Shipra Debnath for the next date.
Leaving the court, Shipra Debnath said: “There is nothing to be satisfied or dissatisfied with with the cases. Will we ever get Sinha back?
