According to the UGC, Professor ABM Sharifuzzaman Shah, founder and acting vice-chancellor (acting) of the university, recently issued a notification to the national newspaper stating that manpower would be hired for various positions, including rector and professors. Deputy Rabia Alim has shown herself as the founding president of the university’s board of directors.
The UGC has seen several issues, including news of the university’s groundbreaking and notice of hiring of manpower. UGC has advised students, teachers, parents, job applicants, and all stakeholders to beware of these universities. Interested parties can view the list of approved universities and approved programs posted on the UGC website if necessary.
In addition, in accordance with the ‘Private Universities Law of 2010’, the president appointed the vice-chancellors, vice-chancellors and treasurers of each private university for a period of four years. Therefore, if any university authority appoints someone to these positions, it will be completely against the law.
