Japan’s ambassador to Bangladesh, Ito Naoki, hopes that the Matarbari deep-sea port project will become a modern Singapore.
He said that Bangladesh will occupy a new place in the world if the Third Terminal, the Matarbari project and the Metrorail project are implemented.
Matarbari especially will be modern Singapore. Port communication will acquire a new dimension. The enormous development that is taking place in the private sector around these projects is also an achievement for Bangladesh.
