The RAB has recovered the stolen money by cutting the wrist of an NGO worker. The main defendants Rubel and Badshah and their two accomplices have been arrested in the incident. According to the RAB, during preliminary interrogation, defendants Rubel Mia and Abdul Badshah Mia confessed to being involved in cutting off the NGO worker’s wrist and taking away his toiletry bag. All of those arrested were professional thieves and were involved in various antisocial and criminal activities. Among them, 4 cases are pending on behalf of Rubel, 6 on behalf of Badshah and 2 on behalf of Mithi Begum.
