The deceased have been identified as Asma Begum, 19, daughter of Akhter Hossain from Mohammadpur village, Nurjahan, 65, resident of Purba Azim Nagar and grandmother of Taslima, Rahena Begum, 30, wife of Ala Uddin. from the same area. Hosne Ara Begum (5) and Afrina Akhter alias Lamia (9), daughter of Akbar Hossain from Badripur village of Sadar upazila and Lily Akhter (8), daughter of Alamgir Hossain.
