The High Court has prohibited the hiring of teachers in private schools and colleges in the country. The petitioner’s lawyer said that the prohibition to publish and notify the appointment of teachers in private educational institutions will be in effect for one month. Siddique Ullah Mia.
Attorney Khurshid Alam Khan confirmed that the order was given to the Private Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA).
A virtual High Court tribunal comprised of Judge Mamnoon Rahman and Judge Khizir Hayat approved the order on Tuesday after hearing separate applications from registered candidates.

But the petitioners in contempt of court since the verdict was not implemented in two years. The Superior Court issued a rule in 2019 on the hearing of that request. While this rule is being considered, the NTRCA issued a public notice for 30,000 candidates. The petitioners then filed a petition to refrain from being named.
Mohiuddin Mohammad also said that the High Court has banned the hiring of private teachers for a month after hearing the request. Farhad.
