The wife alleged that her mother-in-law forcibly detained her in a room in her home in Mozahipur after the incident. The mother-in-law did not want to let him leave the house for fear that the incident would not be known. He received first aid at home. The incident came to light after the father-in-law arrived at his father’s home in Lodipur on Sunday.
Following the incident, the victim’s parents went to lodge a complaint with the Lodipur Police Station and were sent to the Mozahipur Police Station. The wife filed the case there. Police arrested defendant Sonu on the basis of this case.
