After a long legal battle, Gaibandha Sadar Upazila’s Beauty Begum has been appointed an assistant teacher at a government primary school. He was appointed on December 10.

Gaibandha Sadar Upazila’s Beauty Begum became the first in the government primary school recruitment exam in 2008. However, she was fired. Second place winner Nazma Sultana was named. Farewell Beauty Begum filed a case in the Gaibandha Assistant Judges Court. The court ordered the appointment of Beauty Begum. Nazma Sultana went to court against this and ruled.
He then appealed to the Superior Court. The high court ordered Nazma to fill the vacancy. Beauty Begum appealed against this. After the hearing, the Appeals Division on August 3, 2016 ordered that Beauty Begum be appointed within 15 days. Beauty appealed to the court for contempt because the verdict was not implemented.
