When analyzing the applications submitted to CC, it was found that the majority of the applicants are in the age group of 30 to 40 years. The number of upper class and upper middle class is greater. The number of applications from lower middle class and lower class couples is lower. The applicants included couples in their 20s and 30s, most of whom were married for love. In the case of professional couples, the trend towards divorce has also increased at an alarming rate. A couple works for a private mobile service provider. This number is eight times the request from last year and more than three times the total number of requests submitted in the last three years. Last year 291 applications were received. And last year 746 divorce applications were filed.
The number of women seeking divorce has increased in the last two years. According to the Sisik Law Section, of the 299 applications in 2016, 24 were executed. Of these, 18 were applied by men and the remaining six were applied by women. Of the 256 divorce applications filed in 2016, 29 were valid, of which 18 were filed by women. In 2019, of the 291 divorce requests, 31 were effective. Of these, 16 applicants are women and the remaining 13 are men. That trend has continued this year as well. So far, most of the 21 divorce applications have been filed by wives.
