The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued notifications for the 42nd BCS (Special) and 43rd BCS General. Doctors will be appointed in the 42nd BCS and general and professional or technical cadres in the 43rd BCS. 2,000 people will be appointed as assistant surgeons at the 42nd BCS. 1,614 people will be recruited into the 43rd BCS. The PSC has issued a notice of two BCS together on Monday night.
Online application for the 43rd BCS will begin December 30. Candidates can apply until January 31.
In the convocation of the 43rd BCS it has been said that 1,614 officers will be taken in different tables in this BCS. Of these, 300 will be appointed to administration cadres, 100 to police cadres, 25 to foreign cadres, 743 to education cadres, 35 to auditing, 22 to information, 19 to taxes, 14 to customs and 19 to cooperatives.
The 200th preliminary exam could be held in March next year, according to the notification. However, the exact date and time of the examination will be published on the commission’s website and media in due course, the PSC said.
