Another Trump lawsuit in Pennsylvania dismissed

The ruling says Republicans have no choice in the matter, which was thrown out by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Previously, the lower court had ruled that the lawsuit, filed a few weeks after the vote, could lead to a deadlock in some counties. But that did not happen in the end. The counties of the state of Pennsylvania have already completed the certification of their votes. In the state, Joe Biden won by more than 60,000 votes over Donald Trump.

Earlier this month, a federal judge in Pennsylvania dismissed a similar lawsuit filed by Trump’s campaign camp. The lawsuit was filed in Pennsylvania to cancel millions of votes. In a recent lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania’s Middle District Court, the judge was so upset that he called President Trump “Frankenstein.” And when a Trump administration-appointed judge in Pennsylvania last Friday dismissed another similar lawsuit, he said there was no evidence to back up the allegations.
