Cyclone Nivar could move northwest

The slight pressure in and around the southwest of the Bay of Bengal has turned into a cyclone ‘Nivar’. It can move northwest and condense forward.

According to the meteorological bureau, the stagnant light pressure has condensed and converted to low pressure first. It has intensified and turned into cyclone ‘Nivar’ at 8 am today.

The weather forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 a.m. today indicated that the minimum temperature recorded in the northern region of Tetulia was 11.6 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in Chittagong is 30.2 degrees Celsius.

The forecast said that nighttime temperatures in the southern part of the country could increase slightly. Daytime temperatures can rise slightly. In other parts of the country, the temperature can remain almost unchanged.

Meanwhile, the climate throughout the country may remain dry. Light to moderate fog can fall somewhere from last night to sunrise. The weather will not change significantly in the next three days.
