Corona's tough decision if the situation is bad: Kader

Dhaka: The Minister of Road Transport and Bridges and Secretary General of the Awami League, Obaidul Quader, said a difficult decision would be made if the situation with the corona virus worsens.

“Corona grows day by day,” he said.

If necessary, difficult decisions will come. Before human life. If there is no life, what will happen to sustenance? Therefore, action will be taken after considering all aspects.

He was answering a journalist’s question on a contemporary issue in the conference room of the Ministry of Road Transport on Tuesday (November 24).

Obaidul Quader said that the complete blockade is not possible, Pakistan could not do it, what India has done has not benefited. Infections are increasing day by day. The government is ready in this regard. The Prime Minister himself is personally overseeing the matter. However, the use of masks has become mandatory. Those who do not wear masks will be fined. This is clear. The Prime Minister is strict in this regard.

When asked what kind of difficult decision the government could make, he said the decision could be made if any restrictions had to be imposed. It will be tight. For example, walking without wearing a freestyle mask. People have to get out of this trend.

He said that muffsball doesn’t mean hygiene at all. Now we are looking at the nature of movement. The strict decision will be made later if necessary. Now it is mandatory to wear a mask.
