Changes have been made to the distribution of grades in the Dhaka University (DU) Admission Test in the 2020-21 academic year. The DU Admissions Committee has decided to obtain a total of 100 points in these four units A, B, C and D with MCQ of 40 points (multiple choice) and written marks of 40 and 20 points in the results of the SSC and HSC. Additionally, this year’s admissions test will be held in the divisional cities.

The decision was made at a meeting of the university’s admissions committee held on Monday morning (November 23). Several members present at the meeting confirmed the matter to Jago News.

They said that this time it was decided to take the admission test in the divisional city. There will be a total of 100 points in MCQ, written scores, and SSC and HSC. The pass number will be at least 40 percent. The deans of the corresponding faculties will set the time and thematic questions.

In addition, there was talk of reducing the number of seats at the meeting but there was no discussion about it, said the interested source.
