Trump has filed lawsuits in several states alleging voter fraud. Almost all of his cases are being dismissed. Trump has been accused of repeatedly obstructing the election results. An organization and three voters from Detroit, Michigan, filed the lawsuit in federal district court in Washington, DC, last Friday (November 20).

The Michigan Welfare Rights Organization and three voters filed a lawsuit against Trump for obstructing approval of Michigan election results and asking the court to order Trump to refrain from pressuring lawmakers. The lawsuit alleges that black voters, especially Wayne County voters, were being deprived.

The lawsuit alleges that Trump violated Section 11 (b) of the 1975 suffrage law. The lawsuit alleges that President Trump is pressuring his party, state and local officials to approve the results of Michigan’s vote. Trump and his allies have repeatedly made false allegations of voter fraud, primarily against black cities, and the courts have dismissed these allegations.

Earlier, a local court judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Trump’s camp in Michigan. On November 8, the court judge, Cynthia Stephens, dismissed the case.
