Akshay Kumar has filed the libel suit for spreading rumors more than once by tarnishing his image.

Previously, the police had arrested Rashid Siddiqui. Seba was accused of dragging the names of the Prime Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray, and his son Aditya Thackeray in the Sushant case. Siddiqui has been accused of making these types of videos on digital platforms and of providing false information to the public by providing false news. He has also mentioned Akshay Kumar’s name in various numbers more than once. Siddiqui claimed that Akshay was mad at Sushant because he got a chance to make a great movie like MS Dhoni. At that time, Akshay had a secret meeting with the Mumbai police and Aditya Thackeray.

Rashid claims that Akshay not only obtained Sushant’s photo, but also helped Riya Chakraborty flee to Canada. After all this, Akshay brought a case against Rashid Siddiqui, a Youtuber, a civil engineer from Bihar. Rashid Siddiqui is known to have earned around 15 lakh rupees in recent months by making such videos. His subscribers have also risen to around 3 lakh. Rashid Siddiqui is now in the hands of the law for spreading false news involving Riya Chakraborty. In addition to Akshay, Shiv Sena has also filed complaints against Rashid.

On June 14, the hanged body of Sushant Singh Rajput was recovered from his luxurious flat in Bandra. Mumbai police had launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation then went to the CBI, the Office of Narcotics Control and the Emergency Department. Riya Chakraborty was also arrested for drug addiction. He is currently out on bail. Several, including his brother Shauvik Chakraborty, are still in police custody.
