The Ministry of Health has decided that no doctor from a public hospital can work in a private health institution during office hours. The decision was made at a meeting of the committee of the health working group, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday (November 18).

He told reporters after a review meeting on the services of private hospitals, diagnostic centers and clinics across the country at the Secretariat yesterday.
At the same time, the categories of private hospitals will also be determined. The minister also said that a committee will be formed for this. He said: ‘Private medical college hospitals and clinics must be prepared to deal with covid in the future. We also said that the quality of health care needs to be further improved. Those whose license has not been renewed must renew it.

Early Tuesday, an emergency meeting of the task force committee was held under the chairmanship of Mostafa Kamal, additional secretary of the Division of Public Health-1 and coordinator of the task force committee. Committee Secretary member Shibbir Osmani, Health Department Hospital Branch Director Farid Hossain Miah and other members were present at the meeting.
