Deaths and identities have dropped in one day.

Dhaka: In the last 28 hours, corona death and identification rates have decreased in the country. In the last 24 hours, 21 people have died in the country from the coronavirus.

2,111 people have recently been identified. On Tuesday (November 18), 39 people were killed and 2,212 were identified in Corona.

So far, a total of 6,269 people have died in Corona. The total number of victims is four lakh 37 thousand 695 people.

In the past 24 hours, 1,693 people, including asymptomatic patients, have recovered in different hospitals and homes across the country, including Dhaka City. So far, a total of three lakh 54 thousand 6 people have recovered.

Samples have been collected and tested in 116 public and privately run laboratories throughout the country. 16,479 samples were collected in 24 hours. A total of 15,598 samples have been analyzed. So far 25 lakh 69,421 samples have been tested.

In the last 24 hours, the sample test rate is 12.72 percent. So far, the detection rate is 18.95 percent considering the sample test, the recovery rate is 60.7 percent, and the death rate is 1.43 percent.

In the notification, Nasima Sultana said that of the 21 people who died in 24 hours, 14 were men and seven were women. Among them, 13 are in the Dhaka division, three in the Chittagong division and two in the Khulna division. Also, there are three in each of the Rangpur, Barisal and Rajshahi divisions.

The age analysis of the dead showed that there were 13 people over 60 years old, 6 people between 51 and 60 years old, one person between 31 and 40 years old and one person between 0 and 10 years old.

On March 8, the first case of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) was identified in the country. Ten days later, on March 17, the first person died from the corona virus.
