The hanging body of an employee was recovered from the Naogaon clinic

Police have recovered the hanging body of a young woman named Arifa Jannat (20) from the Islamia Clinic and the Nazipur Municipality Digital Diagnostic Center in Patnitala Upazila of Naogaon. The young woman used to work as a receptionist at the clinic.

Police recovered the girl’s body from a clinic room Wednesday morning as she hung with a scarf around her neck. The deceased was identified as Mahiswar of Sadar union in Dhamairhat upazila. His father’s name was Mizanur Rahman.

According to the police and the patient’s relatives, Arifa Jannat worked at the clinic for a year. The director of the clinic is Nazim Uddin alias Babu. Arifa lived in a room on the ground floor of the clinic building. The nurses and the rest of the female clinic staff also lived in the building. This morning, his colleagues saw his body hanging from the window. After receiving the news, the police recovered the body of the girl from the place while she was hanging with a veil.

Meanwhile, when visiting the clinic around 11 am today, it was seen that there are no officials-employees, doctors, nurses and patients at the clinic. All beds in the 10-bed clinic are empty. All the officials and employees of the clinic fled after hearing the news of the rescue of the bodies. The admitted patients also left the clinic.
