US President Donald Trump has yet to admit defeat in the presidential election.
However, Sunday morning’s tweet hinted that defeat was admitted for the time being. At the last moment, he quickly changed his tune and claimed his victory.

Meanwhile, Biden reportedly met with his transition advisers in his hometown of Wilmington on Sunday.
Some Trump administration officials have said privately that they understand that Biden has won. But the president needs more time to accept defeat.
