19 more dead in Corona, 18 identified

The epidemic coronavirus has killed 19 more people in the country. The total number of deaths in the country amounts to 6,159 people.

In the last 24 hours, the virus has been detected in the bodies of 1,006 people. With this, the number of crown identities in the country stands at four lakh 26,975.

This information has been given in the regular press release from the health department on Friday afternoon.

1,519 people have recovered from Corona in the last 24 hours. A total of three lakh 46 thousand 37 people have recovered in the country.

13,098 samples have been collected in the last 24 hours. Of these, 13 thousand 539 samples have been analyzed. Since last March, 25 lakh 15,339 samples have been analyzed.

Among the dead were 13 men and six women. Everyone is in their fifties. Of these, 13 died in the Dhaka division, one in Rajshahi, one in Khulna, one in Barisal and three in Rangpur. There are no deaths in the remaining three sections.

So far, the recovery rate in the country is 80.75. And the detection rate is 13.5. The mortality rate is 1.44.

The Kovid-19, which spread from Wuhan, China in December last year, has now engulfed the world. The first crown was identified in the country on March 6, and the Health Department confirmed the first death on March 16, 10 days after the identification.

Bangladesh is ranked 24th in the world in terms of the Johns Hopkins University list and 31st in terms of death toll.

As of Friday, the number of identified patients worldwide has exceeded 15 million. And 12 lakh 93 thousand died.
