Dhaka bus fire: politicians condemn and protest

 Leaders of various political parties have protested and condemned the arson of at least 10 buses in the capital. On Friday afternoon (November 13), various parties, including Hassad and LDP, issued a statement condemning the incident.

The two PLD leaders further said: “These egregious bus fire incidents are planned in advance and are intentional. There is no anti-government movement in the country through which such an incident could occur.

By the way, at least six buses caught fire in at least six places in the capital on Thursday. Unidentified villains set fire to the bus from 12 noon to 2.30 in the afternoon. Upon receiving the news, firefighters and civil defense personnel went to the scene and controlled the fire. Fire service officials said they could hear reports of bus fires in the Kantaban, Bangshal, Motijheel, Shajahanpur, Golap Shah Mazar and Gulistan Press Club areas as of 12 noon. Fire service personnel rushed to the scene and controlled the fire.
