Tentulia in Panchagarh, the country’s northernmost district, has experienced the lowest temperature in the country for four consecutive days. At 9 a.m. on Tuesday, the minimum temperature recorded in Tentulia was 13.6 degrees Celsius, the lowest in the entire country.
Earlier, at 9 a.m. on Monday, the lowest temperature recorded in the country was 12.6 degrees Celsius in Tentulia. At 6pm that day, the highest temperature of the day was recorded in Tentulia at 31.9 degrees Celsius.
In addition, the lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius in Tentulia at 9 am on Sunday. At 6pm that day, Tentulia’s highest day temperature was recorded at 31.1 degrees Celsius. Last Saturday morning, the lowest temperature recorded in the country was 13.9 degrees Celsius in Tentulia. At 6pm on the same day, Tentulia’s highest day temperature was recorded at 30.6 degrees Celsius.
Panchagarh has been experiencing intense sun during the day for 10 days, but it is cold at night. As Panchagarh is a district very close to the Himalayas, it is easy to feel chilly in autumn when Himalayan snow comes in from the northwest, forecasters said. However, compared to the last few days, the sky has cleared and the amount of fog has decreased in this northernmost part of the country.
