He said: “The activities have been going on for a long time. The Prime Minister was instructing us on how to make land registration and mutations more convenient, without harassing people and taking less time. “

Anwarul said: “It was difficult to coordinate as it was done through two different ministries, so there was a delay. There was some ambiguity in the registration, anyone could go to any land and register. Again, there were problems in the field of mutations, no documents could be found, warnings were not understood, so they were left for a long time.
“From now on, there will be interoperable software between the Deputy Registrar’s office and the AC Land office. Four crore 30 lakh rights records from all AC land offices in Bangladesh have been put online. From now on, the Sub-Registry Office and the Land Office of AC will be able to access each other’s databases.
“When someone applies for land registration, the sub-registrar will not register as immediately as before, you will know the status of the registration of rights online from the AC Land office. That information will be communicated through responsive software. Then AC Land will also know that this information has been proven. “
The cabinet secretary said LT’s notice was written in a way that was often misunderstood. Now I have made a little form, if you fill it out, it will go to AC Land immediately. Documents are required to mutate the earth.

The Cabinet Secretary also said that the Deputy Registrar’s Office is carrying out a project worth Tk 2 billion to archive the registry of all land in the country.
He said the program was started experimentally in 16 upazilas. We saw it working very well.

The cabinet secretary said the program would launch across the country in less than a year.
He said the handwritten information from the deputy registrar’s office was not very clear. The sub-registrar himself was not clear on the registration of rights. If you wanted to register with any document, he would do it but now he can’t. After viewing the entitlement records, you need to enter the schedule into the software. Before there was no verification system, any terrain could be searched.
“Many people register and register but do not correct the registration. AC Land will now be responsible for providing monthly reports to ACD Revenue and UNO on how many nominations have been made and how many records have been reviewed. Although AC Land undertook to correct the record, in many cases it did not. Now AC Land has to correct the record with red ink. The cabinet secretary said that even after appointing for so long, 50 to 60 percent would not have corrected the record.
Anwarul said the software also includes the amount of land to be inherited, adding that the prime minister has ordered to ensure that third-sex people are not deprived of their parents’ land.

“Our calculation is that 85 percent of the cases are centered on the land. When this happens, the number of cases will be reduced by 50 percent.
