Allama Noor Hossain Qasemi, Secretary General of Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam Bangladesh, said provocative terrorist slogans were chanted against various Islamic organizations, parties, Alem-Ulama and Madrasas from the processions and rallies of ‘Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Unity Parishad ‘in different parts of the country on Saturday. This overt provocation against communal harmony on the soil of Bangladesh is unprecedented.

In a statement on Sunday (November 8), he posed the question: “Are these slogans of courtesy, courtesy and tolerance, slogans of harmony, slogans of peace?” We strongly condemn and protest against their provocation and naked attempts to destroy community harmony.

He said the way they chanted the Islamophobic Hindutva brand slogan in India, ‘Joy Sriram’, ‘Let the roar of Kurukshetra’s tool roar again’, he asked the top leaders of the Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Unity Parishad if they were waging a Hindu religious war in Bangladesh. Did?

Jamiat’s secretary general asked the government, Isn’t this militant behavior? Is there no law in the country against all this? Do we live in a lawless state? Can such arrogant behavior allow independent Bangladesh to continue unimpeded? Why are the government and administration silent against these Hindu organizations that are naked instigators of the destruction of communal harmony?

Allama Qasemi said that the people of the country can easily understand who is doing this to create instability by destroying the existing communal harmony in the country. In addition to the Rajya Sabha elections to be held in West Bengal, India, in the coming months, spies in the country can do all of this to create an anti-Muslim frenzy by creating riots in Bangladesh to bring the BJP to power.

“With these issues in mind, I ask people to be very careful and maintain communal harmony, peace and order, without provoking the Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Unity Council and the left and the communists,” he said. At the same time, I urge the government to take immediate legal action against the terrorist, extremist and militant behavior of all these organizations involved in inciting the destruction of communal harmony.
