Addressing the Prime Minister, he said: “Honorable Prime Minister, some ministers and leaders in your government have a hard time trusting us. Because they don’t do what they say, they don’t say what they do. You have often played a role in protecting the minority interests. “Unfortunately, Honorable Minister of the Interior, you are close to us. Talk to you about the crisis of the minority community four to six times a year. Today when you say, being exaggerated. So what is the leader of Hefazat-e-Islam exaggerating? ? “

But accusations of insulting religion are being attacked. Students they are being expelled from college and university. Kushal Chakraborty has received death threats. The devout Shahidunnabi has been killed not only for attacking the minority community but also for insulting religion. “

I would like to say with sadness that I have not noticed any role of protest or resistance from any political party in these events.
“In 1964, when Ayub Khan attacked minorities to confuse the anti-Ayub movement, the political leaders headed by Ataur Rahman Khan, the chief minister of East Bengal, and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib formed the Committee to Prevent Communalism. The brochure “Bangali Rukhiya Dharao”. Where is that political leadership today? “
He said: “He has already threatened to turn Bangladesh into a Hindu-free country by 2025. Today, the whole world has become a global village. Hindus, Buddhists, and Christians may be a minority in Bangladesh. They are not a minority in the whole world. Prosperity is not possible by weakening minorities in one country and we have to consider whether minorities in other countries will also be weakened by the weakening of minorities in Bangladesh.

Expressing his solidarity with the program, poet and journalist Abul Momen said: “We have not been able to bring the changes in our constitution back to the spirit of independence. Today communalism has established itself in politics and society. Today we are far from the aspirations of a democratic and humane Bangladesh.

Professor Jin Bodhi Bhikkhu said: “We want to go back to the constitution of ’72. No one is better today. Can’t you hear us? Injustice is being done to minority students. If the torture attack is not brought to justice, we will be forced to turn away from you. “
