According to the BBC, as Donald Trump fights for re-election, his two sons have lashed out at Republican leaders, saying they didn’t support Trump enough. Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., said Republican leaders’ support for his father was “weak.”
“Our voters will never forgive him,” said Eric Trump, the youngest son, warning Republican leaders. The comments by Trump’s two sons are creating discontent within the Republican Party among leaders who follow President Donald Trump and those who do not support his position.
Trump’s eldest son has political aspirations. He was angry with those who might seek Republican nominations in the 2024 elections. In a tweet, he wrote: “The total inaction of all those who hope for 2024 is very surprising.
In his words, ‘If they wanted to do something, it was the right platform for them. But they have succumbed to media fears. Do not worry. The real Trump will fight and watch as usual. ‘

Trump’s eldest son wrote it in response to a tweet by far-right American writer, political commentator and one of Trump’s supporters, Mike Carnovich. In that tweet, Karnovic criticized former US ambassador to the United Nations Nicki Haley. In 2024, Haley may seek a nomination from the Republican Party.
Trump’s eldest son wrote: “Republicans have been weak for years. That’s why leftists can do all this. Meanwhile, President Trump’s youngest son, Eric Trump, wrote on Twitter: ‘Where are the Republicans? the column. Fight fraud. Our voters will never forgive you. “
Those who have sided with Trump
Lindsay Graham, close to Trump, supported Trump’s statement. Although at first he was silent. But Trump’s son criticized him for his silence. Graham then came forward to support Trump’s statement. “I am here to support President Trump,” he told Fox News.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden is now on the brink of victory, although the final results of the US elections have yet to be announced. On the other hand, without any proof, President Trump has threatened to go to court against the vote counting, alleging irregularities in this election. Those who don’t support Trump’s statement
Republican leader and Senator Mitt Romney and Maryland Republican Governor Larry Hagan warned against undermining the democratic process, the BBC reports. The Washington Post quoted Mitt Romney as saying that counting every vote is important to democracy.

For the past four years, Trump has run the Republican Party however he pleases. He has more than 90 percent support from his Republican nominees.
