Why do you have to catch up to put out the fire?
The director general of the Fire Services (DG), Brigadier General Sajjad Hossain, told reporters at the scene that the entire building had not been planned. There was nowhere in the vicinity. Most of the ten-story building was filled with material. There is no work environment to put out the fire. Just a narrow path. Canals on both sides of that road. The crane has risen risking the ladder. Turning the crane is not going to work. Only cranes can be used here. As a result, it took time to control the fire.
Did the whole building after the fire spread to six floors?
The fire broke out on the sixth floor of the multi-story building called Pasha Tower around 5 p.m. Before that, the workers on that floor were out at around 4 in the afternoon. At one point the intensity of the fire increased and spread to the top 10 floors. Initially it was known that there are only electronic products with lights on the sixth floor. Later it was learned that the entire building was the warehouse of an organization called Energy Lighting Limited. Which caused the fire to spread rapidly to another floor.
