Her ex-husband Ismail Hossain Bappi, 29, and three accomplices beat a 19-year-old girl during the night after she was picked up from Maijdi in Noakhali district. The victim herself filed a case at the Sudharam model police station on Thursday evening charging 4 people, including her ex-husband, and three other unidentified people, including a GNC driver. The woman is now receiving treatment at a relative’s home on the advice of a doctor.
The accused are Ismail Hossain Bappi, the girl’s ex-husband, Rahim (24) from the same village, Arman (25) and Sagar (35) from the village of Sreepur in Sadar upazila. His father’s name was not known.
According to the case file, the nurse practitioner was returning home from the Green Diagnostic Center in the Maijdi district at 7:30 pm on Wednesday. Maizdi was waiting for an autorickshaw in front of the gas station. At that moment, a CNG autorickshaw stopped and got up to go to its destination. Later, when the car went a little ahead, two passengers got into the front seat. And a little later, her ex-husband and another victim sit on either side of the victim. Her ex-husband Bappi and his accomplice Rahim (24) began to physically abuse her after she got on the autorickshaw at GNC.
He was taken to Nabgram in Kabirhat upazila with his eyes closed. After getting off the GNC, it can be understood that this is the home of her ex-husband Ismail Hossain Bappi. There is no ex-mother-in-law in the empty house. He was taken there to be hit by a GNC. Her ex-husband brutally beat her even after entering the house. Drunk at night, the heretic burns in the face of a lit cigarette. There was also an attempt to rape her along with two other people. But the young woman was saved from rape by enduring torture. The accused slept intoxicated at dawn. He took the opportunity to flee to his uncle’s house and took refuge. He later went to the hospital and is being treated at the home of a relative with a prescription. He filed a case at the police station at night with the help of his uncle.
This victim is known to have lost her father when she was young. The mother also remarried. He grew up with his grandmother without a guardian. He caught the attention of the talented Ismail Hossain Bappi while he was with his grandmother on Navgram. Bappi forced her to marry him at a young age. But she couldn’t live without getting married. She often had to be tortured by her husband. His mother-in-law, Nanad and his brother-in-law also beat him. They got divorced two months ago.
Sudharam OC Nabir Hossain Police Station said the victim’s case was taken over at night. The police are trying to arrest the accused.
