According to the Chinese embassy, ​​due to the coronavirus, China has decided to temporarily suspend the entry of non-Chinese citizens living in Bangladesh with valid Chinese visas or residence permits until the announcement. For that reason, the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh will no longer provide certified health statements for the aforementioned personnel.

However, the notice will not cover entry of diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visa holders into China, even if there is a temporary suspension. Also, foreign citizens visiting China in case of emergency can apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy. However, the notice will not be valid to enter China after November 5, 2020. The suspension is a temporary measure taken in the current situation of Covid-19. The mentioned measures will be evaluated according to the situation. According to him, any changes will be duly notified, the Chinese embassy said.
