Nowroz Hira is the son of the late Abdul Khaleq Sikder from West Faridpur village in the Faridpur junction of Bakerganj upazila. Hira is the father of two children. However, his wife divorced him a few years ago due to illicit relationships with several daughters.

With the blessings of the leaders, he obtained the position of chairman of the management committee of the Madhya Faridpur government primary school. He has also become a member of the management committee of a secondary school called Karkadha AKM Institution.
On condition of anonymity, a local Jatiya Party leader said Nowroz Hira joined the Jatiya Party by introducing himself as a journalist. He is a member of the convening committee of the Faridpur Union Jatiya Party. Nowroz Hira presented himself as highly educated, but in fact it was recently revealed that he passed HSC.
About two decades ago, Nowroz Hira fled to Dhaka after being caught engaging in immoral activities with a woman. There he met some members of a government hospital corridor. Later he started working for that cycle.
At that time, he fell in love with a hospital nurse and became involved in the temptation of marriage. Later, under pressure from the nurse’s relatives, Nowroz Hira was forced to marry her. A few years later, he secretly married and had sex with a young woman.
At one point, when the incident became known, the locals grabbed him and shaved his head. His wife also divorced him for wrongdoing. Nowroz Hira returned to the village. There are reports that Nowroz Hira has raped 11 students since 2015. She fled the area after a video of her rape appeared recently.
Bakerganj Upazila Jatiya Party Chairman Jahangir Hossain Manik said that the Faridpur Union Jatiya Party committee has been dissolved and a convening committee has been formed. The convening committee has 51 members. The Nowroz diamond may be on that list.

Bakerganj Police Officer Abul Kalam Azad said the victim’s mother had filed a rape case against a man named Nowroz Hira at Bakerganj Police Station on Wednesday.
