On Monday morning, Father Abul Kalam Azad came to the courthouse with the bodies of his twin sons. Later, Judge Md. The court issued the rule after Nazrul Islam Talukder brought the matter to the attention of the higher court.
Rule wanted to know why the inactivity of the medical malpractice defendants would not be illegal. The three directors of the three hospitals were also asked why the two children were not admitted.
The hospitals are Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital, Dhaka Children’s Hospital and Mugda Islamia Hospital.
Deputy Attorney General AKM Amin Uddin Manik said Monday morning that Saira Khatun, wife of the MLSS Supreme Court Abul Kalam Azad, gave birth to two children in the CNG on the way to Mugda Hospital.
At that time, the mother was admitted to Islamia Hospital. As there were not enough medical facilities, the hospital authorities requested that the newborns be taken to the Dhaka Children’s Hospital in Shyamoli.
The newborns were then taken to the Dhaka Children’s Hospital in Shyamoli. There is a charge of Rs 5,000 for each child admitted to bed. The two children were not admitted due to lack of money.
Abul Kalam Azad spoke with a High Court judge at the time. The judge requested that the newborns be taken to the Bangabandhu Medical College. He later took him to Bangabandhu Medical College and tried to contact the headmaster.
But the director’s personal officer informed him that the director was at the meeting. After a long time it was reported that the director had gone home.
The director’s personal officer then shows the newborns in the ambulance to a doctor. Then the doctor said that the newborn was no longer alive.
