The cabinet secretary said that those wearing masks will be guaranteed that no services are available in any public or private office.

Citing the Prime Minister’s directive, the cabinet secretary said: “The way we are is comfortable, but there is no reason to be satisfied. Everyone should be careful.
“No mask, no service, it needs to be widely implemented. If necessary, social movement, promotional campaign or legally must be secured. Somehow no mask so no one comes. We have said this at the field level, we have also told the secretaries to campaign massively on the cases under them.
