The United Nations Anti-Extremism (UNHCR) has expressed concern over the publication of cartoons of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The head of the organization, Miguel Ángel Moratins, said that the reprinting of the cartoons was insulting and horrifying to many Muslims around the world.
