Rape a housewife for four years for fear of killing her husband

A case has been filed in the Baushia village of Barjalia, union of Hijla upazila from Barisal for raping a housewife for four consecutive years for fear of killing her husband.

The housewife was sent to the Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital for a medical examination on Thursday (October 29) at noon. Early in the morning, the victim’s housewife filed a case at the Hijla Police Station. Baushia Jamal Sardar of Barajalia Union de Hijla, a neighbor of the housewife, has been charged in the case.

In the case, the housewife complained that her husband was a fisherman. They were married four and a half years ago. A few days after the marriage, Jamal Sardar approached her with an immoral proposal.

Then one night her husband went fishing in the river. On that occasion, Jamal Sardar entered the house and tried to rape the housewife. At this time, the housewife managed to escape. So Jamal Sardar followed her and said that if she interfered, her husband would be killed and her body would float in the river.

Then Jamal Sardar almost raped the housewife. After a few months, Jamal Sardar assured the housewife marriage. One day, Jamal recorded the scene of the rape on his mobile phone. Later, he raped her for fear of spreading the video of the rape on various social networks, including the Internet. A month ago, the husband saw the housewife in a close relationship with Jamal Sardar. Then the husband beat the housewife and threw her out of the house.

In mentioning these accusations, the housewife filed a case against Jamal Sardar at the Hijla police station on Thursday morning.

Hijla Circle Police Assistant Superintendent Matiur Rahman said the victim had filed a case against Jamal Sardar at the police station Thursday morning. The defendant has been on the run since the incident. An operation is underway to stop it.
