A government primary school teacher was suspended for criticizing the government’s decision to validate a certificate obtained without approval. Tushar Chowdhury, an assistant teacher at the Yashmadhab government primary school in Netrokona’s Bahatta Upazila, criticized the government’s decision on social media Facebook.

Meanwhile, the order of the ministry read: ‘Many teachers have taken up work while studying and then completed their studies while working. In addition, many teachers have completed the evening course but have not received approval from the authorities due to unconsciousness. If a teacher has acquired qualifying teaching experience without the approval of the authorities, then that qualifying experience should be included in the service book.

According to ministry sources, emphasis has been placed on validating the credentials of teachers from many newly nationalized educational institutions who have studied privately. He has worked as a private teacher for a long time and has also studied to build his career. The government has issued this order with special consideration for the welfare of primary school teachers. But those teachers are criticizing themselves.
