Clashes between Azerbaijan and Armenia continue in violation of the third ceasefire.

Armenia and Azerbaijan have been at war for more than a month over Nagorno-Karabakh. Russia has been trying to bring the two countries to peace talks from the beginning. Russia twice proposed a ceasefire, but the two countries allegedly violated it minutes after the statement.
Meanwhile, last week, Moscow brought the two countries back to the negotiating table. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in Moscow on Thursday in the presence of the foreign minister. But that was not resolved either.
Representatives from Armenia and Azerbaijan met with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and then with US diplomats. After a long meeting, a new ceasefire was decided on Sunday night. The United States, Azerbaijan and Armenia issued a joint statement.
It is said that starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, a ceasefire was declared for humanitarian reasons.
But since Monday morning, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister has claimed that Armenia has attacked the Azerbaijani city of Tartar. There have been bombings. Armenia also responded. They claim that the Azeri army violated the first ceasefire.
Meanwhile, Iran said on Sunday that it had multiplied its troops on the border with Armenia and Azerbaijan. This is to prevent Iran from being harmed by the war between the two countries. Previously, Iran claimed that a border area between the two countries had been destroyed by the bombings.
